Our wine cellar holds the best wines of Trentino, Italy and the world: distinguished labels, rare vintages and special picks are at your complete disposal. Wine tasting sessions can be organised by our sommelier upon request.

We are meticulous in accommodating any allergy, vegetarian or gluten-free requirement.

Every lunch and/or dinner is accompanied by a buffet garden vegetable selection. We present you with a choice of various starters, mains and deserts, a different menu every day with a touch of sophistication.
During the week there are banquet dinners and Malga cheese buffets with mustards, as well as desert buffets.
In the intimate atmosphere of our dining rooms you can savour your time spent at the table, appreciate our fine attention to detail, decorated tables, flourishes, candlelight, and the scent of fresh flowers, setting the scene for dishes that can satisfy even the most demanding palates.
